Technology
We utilize Gleason straight bevel generators to produce bevel gears from 1/2" to 20" in diameter, with diametral pitches from 24 to 3. Our motorized Gleason testing equipment matches tooth contact patterns, verifies backlash and mounting distances, and assesses noise levels in gearboxes, allowing us to match parts to each other or to master gears.
