Vector Companies Welcomes Four New Team Members

Get to know Vector Companies' newest team members who are bringing years of experience and hard work to their roles.

Experience like this deserves a proper introduction. Over the past several months, Vector Companies has brought on Tony Pasienza, Paul Molesky, Matt Anderson, and Jason Clasen. These four have spent their careers doing the work our customers depend on, and we're excited to share a little more about their backgrounds and what led them to our team.

Tony Pasienza, Vector Companies Project Engineer

‍Tony has spent his whole career in gears. He's built gearboxes by hand and run value engineering programs, with stops at Meritor and Cummins along the way, so there aren't many corners of this business he hasn't seen up close. On the platform, he handles quoting, process projects, and account management, and he's already closed gaps and moved improvements across our brands. For customers, that's the difference between a quote that's close and a quote that's spec.

Paul J. Molesky Jr., Vector Companies Great Lakes Regional Sales Executive

‍Paul comes from custom manufacturing, where he's spent his career helping customers solve technical challenges and hit critical production deadlines. He knows how to keep a job moving when the details get complicated. In this role, he'll support customers across the Great Lakes, working alongside the teams at our brands to strengthen support channels and keep engineering conversations moving. That gives customers a point of contact who understands the work and sticks with it.

Matt Anderson, The Adams Company Engineer

Matt came to The Adams Company from Dubuque Screw Products, running CNC machines a lot like the ones on the Adams floor. He knows CNC operations and programming down to the setup, and it shows in how much sharper our tooling utilization has gotten since he arrived. Now he's on CNC programming and operations support, and training the next hands to run these machines well. When the programming and the floor speak the same language, parts move faster, and Matt is a big part of why they do.

Jason Clasen, Vector Companies Accounting Manager‍

‍Jason is a CPA who understands both manufacturing accounting and IT, which is a rarer combination than it sounds. He reads production and customer data and turns it into something the team can act on. He's building the analytics that tell us where a job could run better, and the tools that make working with us simpler on your end.

Welcome, Tony, Paul, Matt, and Jason‍

Different backgrounds, same instinct: do the work right and let it speak for itself. That's been the approach around here for a long time, and it's the same standard our brands are built on. Bringing on people who already work that way helps us keep moving forward for the customers who count on us, with better quotes, faster parts, and clearer answers when you need them.

Growing teams tend to keep growing. If you take the same pride in your work, see where you'd fit on our team.
