Atlas Gear Company Welcomes Daniel Pianowski as Plant Supervisor
We are excited to welcome Daniel Pianowski to Atlas Gear Company as our new Plant Supervisor.
Daniel brings a strong background in gear manufacturing, most recently leading the CNC gear grinding department at Delta Research Corporation. With hands-on experience in both gear grinding and hobbing, he understands what it takes to deliver precise components and dependable results on the shop floor.
At Atlas, Daniel will manage shop personnel, oversee the order board to ensure timely deliveries, and track run times to keep projects on schedule. He will also introduce new tracking systems for fixtures, tooling, and cutters, support shaper and hobbing setups, and offer direct support to the gear grinding department with his depth of experience. His leadership will help streamline processes and strengthen our ability to meet customer needs with efficiency and confidence.
A lifelong Michigander from a military family, Daniel values hard work and attention to detail, qualities that align closely with our mission of supporting American innovators. Outside of work, he and his wife are raising their six-year-old child and enjoying the best of what Michigan has to offer.
