Atlas Gear Company provides in-house gear shaping for prototype parts, custom components, and expedited builds. We shape gears, splines, serrations, sprockets, and shaft features to your specifications, including internal and external tooth forms.
Technology
With our Mitsubishi ST-40 CNC shaper, we handle spur, helical, crown, and worm gears, plus involute and straight-sided splines and serrations. Capacity ranges from 1/2" to 36" in diameter, both internal and external, including internal helical gears when your design requires it. We also offer manual gear cutting.
