Atlas Gear Company provides in-house gear hobbing for prototype parts, custom components, and expedited manufacturing. We hob gears, splines, serrations, and sprockets to your print for fast-turn programs where accuracy and on-time delivery are non-negotiable.
Technology
With Mitsubishi CNC gear hobbing and shaping machines, we hob spur, helical, crown, and worm gears, along with involute and straight-sided splines and serrations. We also offer manual gear cutting. Our capacity ranges from 1/2" to 20" in diameter, supporting quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
