CNC Turning
With 6 CNC lathes we're ready to handle any job!
Overview:
We have a huge amount of capacity in our CNC Lathe Department,
with 6 CNC lathes.
Starting with our smallest machine, our Hitachi Seiki HT-20SII
which is an 8" chuck machine with extra high rapid levels,
and high RPM's for both speed and accuracy. Then we have 1 Johnford
TC-35 10" chuck machine, 1 Johnford TC-50 12" chuck machine
with an extended bed for longer parts. 1 Hwacheon HIEC 35 12"
chuck machine, 1 Wintech TC-35 12" chuck machine with the Live
Milling feature to do special milling op's right in the lathe, and
the big monster, 1 Johnford ST-80 that will turn up to 27"
diameter x 80" between centers. This machine will actually
swing 32" and is a brute. It also has steady rests to support
those large shafts and parts that require support while boring deep
holes, and deep counter bores.
So with that turning power behind us we can handle most anything
you throw at us. Just another way we're able to be competitive in
our pricing and on time with our deliveries.
